Welcome to Yoga for Swimmers!

If you are a swimmer, athlete or simply someone looking to improve your flexibility, strength and focus, Yoga for Swimmers is the perfect program for you.

For those of you who are new to yoga, you can learn the postures in the comfort of your home at your own pace. For those of you that have a yoga practice, you can fit the video into your schedule and use the specially designed sequence and detailed instruction to help you strengthen your swimming and yoga practice. Yoga for Swimmers focuses on helping swimmers of all levels improve their performance in the water and be less susceptible to injury. By learning proper alignment and taking your muscles through the full range of motion you will improve everything from your stroke, to your kick, to your entry into the water. I invite you to join me on location in beautiful Maui and Santa Barbara in ‘Yoga for Swimmers’.
